If you connect Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp assets, you must comply with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, Commerce and Messaging policies, applicable data protection laws, and any permissions granted during login. You may not use Scifer to request, store, send, or automate content that violates Meta rules or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Scifer, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, bypass rate limits or security controls, send spam or unlawful messages, publish deceptive content, collect data without permission, or use automation in a way that harms customers, platforms, or third parties.
5. AI automation and approvals
Scifer may provide AI-generated drafts, replies, summaries, routing suggestions, and analytics. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, configuring approval modes, and ensuring messages or posts are accurate, lawful, and appropriate before relying on them or sending them to customers.
6. Data, privacy, and deletion
Our use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions for Meta-connected accounts are available at Data Deletion.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including platform integrations, when needed for security, compliance, maintenance, platform policy changes, or service reliability. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or harmful use of the service.
8. Disclaimers and limits
Scifer is provided as a hosted software service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy decisions, app-review decisions, or customer-controlled content.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of Scifer after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
