How to request deletion
Disconnect inside Scifer
Sign in, open Connections, choose the Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account, and select Disconnect. This removes stored tokens and connected channel data from that workspace.
Use Meta's data deletion flow
If you request data deletion through Facebook or Meta, Meta sends Scifer a signed deletion callback. Scifer verifies the request and deletes Meta connection data linked to that Meta user.
Contact support
If you cannot access the workspace or connected account, email privacy@scifer.dev with your workspace name, connected Page or account name, and the email address used for Scifer.
What is deleted
For Meta-triggered deletion requests, Scifer deletes Meta connection data only: encrypted Meta access tokens, connected Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp account records, synced customer conversations and messages for those accounts, draft posts, media references, auto-reply settings and jobs, and employee access rows tied to the deleted connected accounts.
Scifer does not automatically delete the user's Scifer login, unrelated workspaces, agents, knowledge-base files, CRM records, orders, or non-Meta data unless a separate authenticated account deletion request is submitted and verified.
Meta callback and status
Meta should be configured with this callback URL:
https://api.scifer.dev/integrations/meta/data-deletionAfter processing a valid callback, Scifer returns a confirmation code and status URL. Status pages are available at:
